Andrews Institute Welcomes Jason Rocha, M.D., to Its Team of Experts
Andrews Institute is pleased to welcome board-certified orthopaedic surgeon Jason Rocha, M.D., to its orthopaedic trauma and fracture care team. Dr. Rocha specializes in orthopaedic surgery and fracture care. He diagnoses and treats a wide range of conditions of the musculoskeletal system, including bones and joints and their associated structures that enable movement, such as ligaments, tendons, muscles and nerves. His clinical interests include orthopaedic trauma, pelvic and complex fractures, fracture care, malunions/nonunions, arthroplasty and periprosthetic fractures.
Dr. Rocha earned his medical degree from Florida State University in Tallahassee, Florida. He also holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of South Florida in Tampa, Florida. He completed his orthopedic surgery residency at Orlando Regional Healthcare in Orlando, Florida.
Dr. Rocha has served as both the director of orthopaedic trauma at Baptist Hospital and on the orthopedic leadership council at Andrews Institute. He is also a retired United States Air Force surgical technician and is board certified by the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgeons.
