Sports Pre-Participation Physicals Event
This free annual event is for all high school student athletes from our partner schools. The sports preparticipation physical exam includes:
- Height
- Weight
- Vision
- Orthopedic/movement screening
- Blood pressure
- EKG assessment
- Physician/provider evaluation
- Cardiologist evaluation, if needed
Students and parents/guardians should complete physical forms and medical history prior to arrival. Reach out to your school coach or athletic director for required physical paperwork.
