How long will I have to wait?

No appointment is necessary, and walk-in patients are always welcome. However, if you call ahead, we can help you skip the wait and be seen quicker. Typically, you will be seen faster than in an emergency room.

Will my insurance cover my visit?

Your appointment will be treated like a specialty physician office visit, and your insurance company will be billed accordingly. Most insurance plans are accepted. Please consult your insurance carrier or contact our office to verify our participation status with your insurance plan prior to your visit.

What should I bring to my walk-in appointment?

• Payment, copay (Your insurance card will usually indicate your copay amount.

An Andrews Institute physician will always be on call should an issue arise that needs to be handled after your visit to the walk-in clinic.

Yes, our clinic treats people of all ages who have a non-emergent orthopaedic need.

What imaging services do you offer in the clinic?

We have diagnostic imaging, including musculoskeletal ultrasound imaging and digital X-rays.

Authorized workers’ compensation injuries may be treated in the clinic.

Do I pay at the appointment?

Yes, a copay or deductible is required when you visit the walk-in clinic. However, it is considered an office visit and is usually much less expensive than emergency room costs.
