My surgeon was very personable, caring and informative about my procedure and recovery. I liked his confident and straight forward answers. He took my main concern, returning to my hobby motorcycle riding, to heart and encouraged me to set a goal with a timeline to ride again. Every visit we discussed the goal and my accomplishments toward the goal. Extremely happy with my surgery, recovery and experience with my doctor and his staff.

Dr.Hlavacek was very concise and clear on explaining his plan on the first visit and everything he said fell into place. He was compassionate, explicit, and had a lot of empathy. He was down to earth, ethical and friendly. He is unlike other orthopedics we have seen. We were very impressed with his demeanor and professionalism, my husband felt very comfortable with him.

Dr. Hlavacek listened and explained my X-rays from the ER visit and was very gentle when he inspected my ankles so he wouldn't cause me any additional pain. He showed concern about what happened when I fell and about my visit to the ER the previous Friday.
